We are looking for an Electronic Gaming Supervisor to lead and develop a high‑performing team, ensuring brand standards are met and delivering exceptional customer service. The role is responsible for growing revenue, managing KPIs, and optimising the performance of electronic gaming machines. The supervisor will work closely with the Management team and central electronic support to fully optimise slots and e‑table games in the club.

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team.
• Ensure brand standards and exceptional customer service on the gaming floor.
• Grow revenue, manage KPIs and optimise electronic gaming machines.
• Work closely with management and central electronic support to optimise slots and e‑table games.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with UK Gambling Commission regulations and maintain a Personal Functional Licence (PFL).
• Operate within a 24/7 casino environment, with flexibility for night shifts and weekends.

• Casino or gaming experience, particularly with slot machines or electronic gaming tables.
• Leadership skills: ability to lead, support, and develop a team in a fast‑paced gaming environment.
• Customer service excellence and ability to create an engaging gaming floor atmosphere.
• Commercial awareness: analytical mindset, interpret KPIs, manage margins, and drive revenue growth.
• Regulatory compliance: understanding of UK Gambling Commission regulations and holder of a Personal Functional Licence.
