Grosvenor Casinos is a leading UK casino brand committed to delivering exceptional gaming experiences. We are looking for a dynamic Gaming Operations Manager to oversee all gaming activities, support the Business Plan, and inspire a high‑performance team.

• Oversee all gaming operations, including table gaming, electronic gaming, and poker, ensuring efficient service and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager to execute the Business Plan, enhance customer excitement, and drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain a culture of excellence, promoting high standards of customer service across the casino floor.
• Innovate gaming operations to continuously improve guest experience and operational effectiveness.

• Previous casino management experience with a strong knowledge of UK gaming activities and a proven record of achieving sales and yield targets.
• Current PML Licence.
• Leadership experience with the ability to communicate standards and targets effectively to a team.
• Strong people skills and a passion for delivering first‑class customer experiences.
• Demonstrated commitment to company values and behaviours that support our mission to be the most loved casinos in the UK.
• Experience conducting and recording EDD and RG conversations with customers in compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role operates in a 24/7 casino environment and requires flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. Candidates must be 18 years or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
