Credit Controller

• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Handle credit control processes, including issuing invoices and reminders.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
• Conduct credit checks and assess customer creditworthiness.
• Resolve payment disputes and queries professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve processes.
• Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and payment trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• Experience in credit control or a similar role within the Accounting & Finance sector.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
• A professional and organised work ethic.
