Are you an experienced Second Charge / Secured Loan Advisor looking to join a business that genuinely values quality advice, compliance, and customer outcomes?
We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused advisor to join our Bolton-based team.
As a Secured Loan Advisor, you will guide customers through the second charge lending journey, ensuring advice is compliant, tailored, and in their best interests.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial security and Data Protection (DPA) checks

• Reviewing detailed fact-finds to fully understand customers’ financial circumstances

• Gaining consent and carrying out credit searches using system scripts

• Matching customers with the most suitable lender and product based on their needs

• Managing the full advice process, including documentation and paperwork
Essential experience and qualifications:

• Proven experience in second charge / secured loans in an advisory role

• A strong track record in a target-driven environment

• CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 completed

• Solid understanding of FCA regulation, DPA, and AML

• Confident user of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

• Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
