Senior Tax Manager This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Employment Tax Manager to join a modern and expanding accountancy and advisory firm in Bolton.

You’ll deliver complex advisory projects, mentor a talented team, and help strengthen the firm’s growing employment tax division.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing client portfolios covering PAYE, IR35, and employment benefits
• Advising on termination payments, global mobility, and workforce reward
• Reviewing compliance work and providing expert technical input
• Acting as a strategic advisor to clients on employment tax risks
• Mentoring and training junior staff
• Supporting leadership with client growth and practice development

You will:

• CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with employment tax expertise
• Strong technical understanding of UK employment tax legislation
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Analytical thinker with commercial awareness
• Collaborative, proactive, and client-focused
