RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with an excellent company based in Bolton who are looking to add a Credit Controller to their small, friendly team.
Duties include:
- Supporting debt collection activities via telephone and email
- Processing transactions on accounts software
- Monitoring credit limits
- Assist with credit performance reports and identifying potential risk
- Respond to customer queries and resolve disputes
- Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
