You'll be involved in some of the most interesting parts of executive search, working closely with senior consultants and learning how high-level searches are delivered. Your day-to-day will include:
Market Mapping – Research industries and identify the key players and talent within them Research & Analysis – Conduct detailed market and competitor research to uncover insights Candidate Engagement – Build relationships with senior professionals and understand their career goals Client Interaction – Join client meetings, provide market updates and help deliver search projects Industry Expertise – Develop deep knowledge of the investment banking and financial services market Business Development – Support senior consultants with developing new opportunities and growing client relationships International Networking – Build relationships with professionals and businesses across global markets Who Are They Looking For?
