Housing Officer
Sellick Partnership Ltd is recruiting for a Housing Officer at one of our Bolton-based clients.
Bolton – Temporary (3 months) – 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Visiting partner agency staffed properties and housing vulnerable adults.
- Support any complex housing management case work.
- Undertake welfare checks.
- Ensure safeguarding concerns are dealt with promptly and in line with guidelines and appropriate action is taken.
- Enhanced DBS (children and adult).
- Knowledge of Aareon QL housing management system (desirable).
