We have the following jobs available –

· NIGHTS - 33 hours (3 x 12 hour 8pm-8am) per week, 20:00 to 08:00, including alternate weekends.

Key Responsibilities

· To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.

· To administer medication to residents as prescribed, accurately maintaining appropriate records for both.

· To supervise and support the care team, ensuring that the Care Home values of trust, respect and care are always maintained.

Person specification

· Two years minimum experience of working in a Care / Nursing Home environment

· Must have at least a NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent.

· Supervisory/leadership skills
