Join our Team as a Clinical Trainer (FAS)

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality training and shaping the future of healthcare professionals? We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Trainer to provide tailored clinical and nonclinical training packages to facilitate objective, evidence-based Functional Assessment Service (FAS) assessments.

What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Trainer, you will:

• Deliver FAS induction, clinical training, and tailored training packages in line with DWP guidance.
• Design and adapt learning initiatives based on business needs and training analysis. Support new starters in their training journey while maintaining high educational and clinical standards.
• Participate in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and refresher training.
• Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and virtual assessments to ensure training effectiveness.
• Maintain professional competency and compliance with clinical governance frameworks.

• A relevant training qualification (Teaching & Assessing, Mentorship award, AET/PTLLS advantageous).
• A minimum of two years' post-registration experience.
• Expertise in the FAS assessment and report-writing process.
• Up-to-date clinical knowledge of various health conditions and disabilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• A proactive, engaging, and quality-driven approach to training.
