You will be working for a charitable organisation that puts the needs of the residents and its staff first. This home is rated Good by the CQC and follows a person‑centred approach to care, relying on the dedication and passion of our employees who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and create a relaxed and informal community within our homes.

• Nights – 33 hours (3 × 12 hour shifts 8pm‑8am) per week, 20:00 to 08:00, including alternate weekends.

• Provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.
• Administer medication to residents as prescribed, accurately maintaining appropriate records.
• Supervise and support the care team, ensuring that the Care Home values of trust, respect and care are always maintained.

• Two years minimum experience of working in a Care / Nursing Home environment.
• Must have at least a NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
• Supervisory/leadership skills.
