An exciting opportunity has arisen for a locum Senior Physiotherapist to join our vibrant independent living service team in Bolton. Our dynamic team combines the expertise of occupational therapists and community officers to enrich the Discharge to Assess at Home (DTAH), telecare, and sensory services. Collaborating closely with local hospitals, Bolton at Home, and other key partners, you will play a pivotal role across DTAH and the wider independent living services.
