Working Pattern:
Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home

Hours:

9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays

I'm pleased to be supporting our client in the search for an HR Officer to join their team.

The Role

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Officer will provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, working closely with the Central Services team. The role will support a range of HR projects led by the HR Manager and play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees
Manage Employee Relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance
Prepare HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records
Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR projects
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation

About You

CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards
Previous experience in an HR role with ER case exposure
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Comfortable working in a structured, process-led environment
Professional, confidential, and approachable
