Due to rapid growth, we are now expanding our candidate resourcing team to help us effectively meet our clients’ hiring demands.

As a Recruiter you will:

* Source candidates and process applications for a broad range of roles.

* Conduct telephone and Teams screening interviews to understand candidate requirements, assess their abilities and motivations and outline the solutions offered by Workforce.

* Utilise job boards, social media platforms and internal systems to advertise opportunities and accurately track applications through to completion.

* Collaborate across the business with our Sales, Digital Marketing and Delivery teams to ensure our candidates enjoy the best possible experience in their job-seeking journey.

* Work to targets in line with client demands to execute hiring requirements in a fast and efficient manner.

* Experienced in recruitment and candidate resourcing including interviewing and shortlisting candidates.

* Committed to delivering the best service to our candidates working directly with our Account Management team to hire best fit candidates for roles.

* Motivated to work to demanding deadlines, achieve personal goals, targets and deliver excellent performance.

* Motivated to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to prompt referrals and recommendations.

* Committed to engaging with our Marketing team in the design, development, and implementation of innovative candidate sourcing strategies including the use of platforms such as Linked In, CV databases, talent pooling, networking and social media.

What do we offer?

* Competitive basic salary of up to £28,000 plus a lucrative bonus scheme (£10k OTE)
