Howorth Air Tech is seeking an HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team in Bolton. You will provide practical HR advisory support to managers and staff, ensuring policy application and compliance across the business.
You will manage day-to-day employee relations, recruitment activity, onboarding, and HR administration, maintaining accurate records and liaising with payroll. CIPD Level 5 or working towards it, and solid knowledge of UK employment law are essential.
