At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you’ll be doing :- Define and implement the approach, standards, and tooling for AI use case discovery and design across the UKI AI landscape.
- Manage triaged AI opportunities, ensuring stakeholder alignment on benefits, costs, resourcing, and timelines.
- Develop and oversee the governance, approval, and transition processes for AI use cases into delivery.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Data, Security, and Business teams to ensure solution design aligns with enterprise standards and benefits.
- Drive re-use of patterns and solutions to optimise costs, quality, and scalability of AI initiatives.
- Document and support delivery teams in progressing AI solutions from design to deployment.
- Maintain knowledge of innovative AI technologies, platforms, and tools to inform solution development.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, agility, and collaboration within the AI Hub community.

What you’ll bring:- Proven experience in stakeholder management, project delivery, and business analysis within a complex, regulated environment.
- Strong expertise in AI and automation discovery, including RPA, NLP, Mining, and GenAI solutions.
- Good understanding of UK financial services and insurance market‑specific AI tools and platforms, especially Azure DU, Contact AI, Intelligent Assistant, and Agentic.
- Ability to assess technical risks and opportunities, translating them into actionable solutions.
- Track record of managing multiple initiatives, balancing scope, costs, and benefits effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships.
- Results‑driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable customer, operational, and financial outcomes.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, capable of navigating complex and challenging situations.
