It Developer & Digital Apprentice

• Full‑time employment
• Provide first‑line technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist with device setup, configuration, and maintenance
• Help maintain IT documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting logs
• Support IT projects, including software rollouts and upgrades.
• Assist with deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications
• Learn to manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and basic automation tasks
• Collaborate with our IT and development teams to improve system reliability and performance
• Gain understanding of security best practices in development and operations workflows
• All training will be done within the workplace
• The apprentice will work towards a Level 3 Digital Support Technician qualification, alongside receiving hands‑on, in‑house training at our HQ in Horwich. This will support their development into a confident IT Developer & Digital Support Operative, with opportunities to broaden their responsibilities and progress within the team as they develop.

- Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm. Lunch – 30 mins unpaid daily.
