IT Support Technician

As an IT Support Technician, you will manage, investigate, and resolve service desk incidents, problems, and requests across the business. You'll provide technical support, deliver effective solutions, and help maintain IT services across our UK offices.

This is a varied, fast‑paced role offering excellent opportunities to develop your technical skills within a complex organisation. Previous experience is desirable, but not essential – we provide full on‑the‑job training.

Initially, the role will focus primarily on telephone‑based support, using remote management tools such as Connect Wise Automate.

We’re looking for a motivated problem‑solver who enjoys helping colleagues, delivering excellent customer service, and developing their technical skills.

In return, we’ll provide training in Active Directory, MDM, printers, telephony systems, file permissions, and application configuration.

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes and take ownership of issues
• Well‑organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• Proactive approach to problem‑solving and service delivery
• Ability to diagnose hardware, software, and operating system issues
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Comfortable working with challenging customers and in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional, friendly and adaptable, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
• Awareness of ITIL principles
• Some experience troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, or basic networking issues
• Basic understanding of IT hardware and software
