Are you passionate about Service Now development and ready to take on exciting challenges within a collaborative and innovative environment? We’re looking for a skilled Service Now Developer to join our team at Premex Group, reporting to the Lead Software Developer.

• Contribute to the design, development, configuration, and customization of Service Now applications.
• Work within a cross-functional team using Dev Ops practices and Agile methodologies.
• Develop scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with our technology strategy.
• Participate in code reviews and define coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software meets business needs and IT security guidelines.

• Proven experience developing and supporting Service Now platforms, particularly ITSM and CSM.
• Strong technical background in portals, workflows, client scripts, script includes, and business rules.
• Knowledge of development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and iterative development.
• Service Now CSA Certification (desirable).
• A creative problem solver with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management expertise.
