What You’ll Do:

As a Client Advisor, you’ll deliver an outstanding end-to-end service for SME clients.

Your role will include:

• Providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Managing the entire broking process, including writing, renewing, and servicing policies.
• Building strong relationships with insurers, negotiating terms to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
• Maintaining data quality, handling invoicing, and adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Staying up-to-date with industry knowledge and professional development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid technical knowledge of commercial insurance and broking processes.
• Proven ability to deliver responsive, first-class client service.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using technology and software, including MS Office (Acturis experience is a bonus).
• Strong understanding of FCA compliance rules and regulatory standards.
