Role OverviewA well-established regional law firm is recruiting a PI Fast Track Fee Earner / Solicitor to join their Bolton team. The role involves managing a litigated personal injury caseload from defence stage through to settlement or trial. The position is full-time, permanent, and offers hybrid working.Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- 1-2 PQE in litigated personal injury (Fast Track experience preferred)
- Experience managing a personal injury caseload
- Strong case management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability
- Client-focused with a professional approach
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Salary up to £60,000 depending on experince
- Hybrid working
