Position: Senior Serious Injury Litigator
Bolton|RTA| EL/PL |£50,000 £ 60,000 DOE An established and well-regarded RTA firm in Bolton is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Serious Injury Litigator to join its growing team. This role is suited to a confident fee earner with a strong background in serious injury claims , capable of managing cases independently across both pre-litigation and litigation stages.

The Role Managing a caseload of serious injury claims , including high-value and complex matters Handling files from pre-litigation through to litigation Dealing with RTA matters, with EL/PL experience highly advantageous Drafting pleadings, schedules, and court documentation Liaising directly with clients, counsel, insurers, and medical experts Running files with minimal supervision while maintaining high technical standards
