Job Description

Barker Ross is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telescopic Forklift Driver to join our team on a fast-paced construction site in Bolton (BL6).

This specific project requires operating a telehandler within tight and confined spaces. We are looking for a professional with a high level of precision, technical skill, and a proactive approach to site safety.

Key Responsibilities

Precision Operation:
Safely and efficiently operate a telehandler in restricted and congested areas.

Material Management:
Maneuver materials across the site to support various trades.

Safety Leadership:
Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations and site-specific protocols.

Team

Collaboration:

Work closely with the site management team to ensure smooth daily operations and logistics.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience operating a telehandler, ideally in challenging or confined environments.

Licensing:
Valid CPCS or NPORS (Telescopic Forklift) license.

Certification:
Valid CSCS card.

Skills:

Exceptional spatial awareness and the ability to work confidently in tight spaces.

Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and professional conduct.
