Contracts Manager

The Company: A well-established and highly successful fit-out contractor, recognised as a leading name in the industry, is looking to recruit a Contracts Manager. They deliver high-quality fit-out, D&B and refurbishment schemes across the Education, Hospitality and Leisure sectors, with projects typically valued up to £8m.
The Role They have asked us to source a Contracts Manager to oversee 2-3 interesting and technically challenging refurbishment and D&B schemes. The role will sit within the Special Projects Division and you will be working with an experienced Senior Management team, a Commercial Leader and an Operations Manager. They ve built an enviable reputation and work for a mixture of blue-chip clients and independents nationwide.

You ll need to be prepared to travel.
Requirements:

• Experience working as a Contracts Manager, overseeing approximately 2-3 schemes at any one time.
• Strong background in new build & refurbishment projects
• Experience with in education, leisure or commercial sectors
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience leading new build schemes
• Be willing to travel.
