Location:

Bolton area, Greater Manchester, England.

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Hours:

Full‑time, Permanent.

An established domiciliary care provider in the Bolton area is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and develop their service. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a well‑regarded service, driving quality, compliance, and growth.

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the domiciliary care service
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and governance requirements
• Lead, develop, and supervise a team of care staff
• Build strong working relationships with Local Authorities and commissioners
• Ensure the delivery of safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care
• Manage budgets, rotas, and service reporting

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager, or a Deputy Manager ready to step up
• Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and regulatory standards
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Experience working with commissioners and Local Authorities
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
• Enhanced DBS
