Any Manufacturing, FMCG, F&B, Heavy Engineering, Chemical, or similar background can be considered, with complete industry training available.

Coach, mentor and develop a team of shift supervisors / cell leaders
Ensure efficient delivery of production plan
Work with stakeholder to drive continuous improvements

Person

Production / Manufacturing Manage or similar experience
Manufacturing, FMCG, F&B, Heavy Engineering, Chemical
A hands-on approach and a real passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
