Hours:

Full-time | 40 hours/week | Rotating Shifts (6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday) We're Hiring on Behalf of Our Client – A Global Leader in Sustainable Packaging Our client, a well-established international packaging manufacturer, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join their growing team at their Wellington facility. Key Responsibilities Operate and set up high-tech production machinery Maintain product quality in line with company standards Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency Progress through a structured training pathway to become a multi-skilled operative Pay & Overtime Starting Rate: £12.82/hour Progression Rate:
Up to £14.10/hour as you become multi-skilled Overtime:
