You could be leading operations in one of several key production areas — our established bread and crumpet lines, or our brand-new £10 million pancake plant, representing one of the most significant recent investments in the business. This new line brings huge opportunity for innovation, development and future growth.

• Understanding of HSE compliance activities within the workplace
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and CI improvements
• Background in monitoring equipment compliance, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Understanding of site-level planning activity
• Proven capability in coaching and developing teams to achieve KPIs and targets, nurturing future talent
