Overview
Edbro was founded in Bolton in 1916, and we are still based in the city over 100 years later, employing over 150 people. Edbro is the market leader in the field of vehicle-mounted hydraulics systems, including front-end, underbody and ejector cylinders, waste handling equipment and customised hydraulic kit solutions.
Responsibilities- Working on continous flow automated line
- Phosphate - Pre-treat understanding
- Working with heavy product
- Painting tubular product
- Product fixture hanging
- Product preparation i.e.
- masking and surface cleaning
- Experience in using 2 pack epoxy paint
- Single pack primmer paint
- Finishing coats to a high automotive standard
- Wet film thickness testing (WFT)
- Dry film thickness testing (DFT)
- Cross hatch addition testing
- Ideally experience of working within manufacturing
- A good communicator in English
- Ability to work within team within in a busy production environment
- Comply with Health and safety procedures
- Good time keeping and attendance
- Experience:
Spray Paint: 2 years (preferred) - This role is 37 hours per week and we will require proof of right to work in UK
