Job Overview:

We are seeking a Saw Operator to join our hardworking and dedicated team. The primary responsibility will be operating our three bar saws, with opportunities to work on plate saw as required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment as general picking, movement of material and warehouse housekeeping will also be required. Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain up to three bar saws, ensuring accurate cutting of materials.
• Assist with operating the plate saw when required.
• Follow work orders to meet customer specifications.
• Ensure high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and checks on machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Experience in saw operation is preferred but not essential full training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
