Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Pro-Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer on behalf of our client based in Bolton.
The position is full time, permanent.
Salary: £40,000.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. (Flexible working hours are also available if these hours do not suit).
Duties:
 
* Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimise downtime.
 
* Implement planning and scheduling of regular maintenance tasks.
 
* Support production operations across the business.
 
* Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance.
 
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
 
* Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.
 
* Manage spare parts inventory.
 
* Address emergency maintenance issues promptly.
 
* Utilise CMM software for task tracking and maintenance reports.
 
* Train operators on routine maintenance procedures.

Experience:

* Hands-on Electrical/Mechanical experience.
 
* Proven experience in repairing production equipment.
 
* Familiarity with CMMS.
 
* Experience in conducting PPM on assets.
 
* Confidence in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
 
* Experience with repair and maintenance of CNC milling machines, 3D printers, 3D scanners, and furnaces (desirable).
 
* Experience in installing new equipment
