Workshop Engineer – Bolton (Commutable from: Westhoughton, Chorley, Horwich, Wigan, Bury, Manchester, Leigh, Skelmersdale)

£35,000 + (£45,000 OTE) + Monday – Friday days + Training + Progression + Overtime + Benefits

Do you have Engineering qualifications and/or experience looking to join a National leader in the industry in a workshop position coupled with full Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic training?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join this company in a stable permanent role. You will be required to work on modern equipment, maintain a good work life balance and have clear progression within their business. The company is a multi‑million manufacturer of specialist Plant and Material Handling equipment supplying to leading facilities. This role is available due to internal growth plans.

This is a highly varied Monday – Friday days based role out of their modern, fully equipped and local depot. You will be based on site providing Service, Maintenance, Inspection and Testing on a range of Forklift machinery. This role would suit a Plant, Mechanical or similar Engineer looking to progress technically, receive multi‑skilled training and job a secure business.

• Maintenance, Inspection and Testing on Access, Material Handling, Forklift equipment.
• Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics involved.
• Monday – Friday (flexible hours).

• Plant, Forklift, REME, Material Handling, Vehicle background.
• Any Mechanical background welcomed.
• Commutable to Bolton.
