World Class Defence Organisation based in Bolton is currently looking to recruit a Skilled Paint Sprayer. Please note the qualification requirements – candidates must have an NVQ L3 as a Surface Finisher, and an ONC, HNC etc in a relevant engineering subject.Rate: £30.38 per hourLocation: BoltonContract: 37 Hours per weekOvertime: Hours worked over 37 hours per week will be calculated at ‘time and a quarter’Duration: 12 Months (initially and then ongoing and long-term thereafter)IR35 status: Inside IR35 (Umbrella)Skilled Paint Sprayer Job Description:The Spray Painter will be responsible for carrying out manufacturing tasks within the Paint Department, in accordance with product certification procedures, defined workmanship standards, allocated budgets and timescales to meet project objectives.

Essential skillset:

Possess experience in Preparation ( Masking ) and Paint Spraying.
Demonstrated ability / willingness to certify own work in line with company quality standards.
Maintain product certification and approval via regular audits.
Possess a versatile skill base with the capability to apply these skills across a range of task.
Be fully conversant with all equipment, and tools associated with the Paint Spraying process.
