About the Role We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Production Operator to join a busy engineering company based in Atherstone on Stour. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work with an early finish every Friday. The successful candidate will be involved in supporting daily production operations, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and to a high standard.
Shift hours: 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thusrday 08:00-13:00 Friday Pay rate: £12.71p/h
Key Responsibilities Operating machinery and production equipment safely Assembling, packing, and inspecting products Maintaining quality standards throughout the production process Following health & safety procedures at all times Keeping work areas clean and organised Supporting other departments when required Meeting daily production targets Candidate Requirements Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not essential Good attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Own transport required due to location Whats on Offer Early finish every Friday Full training provided Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunity for permanent employment following a successful temporary period On-site parking available Apply Today If you are interested in this Production Operator opportunity in Atherstone on Stour, we would love to hear from you.
