Shift Pattern: Rotating Weekly
- 06:00am - 2:30pm
- 2:00pm - 10:30pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established manufacturer of cleaning products and detergents
. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term temp-to-perm position within a small, lean manufacturing and production environment.
As an FLT Driver, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and production facility, ensuring materials and products are moved safely, efficiently, and in line with operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Moving palletised stock from Goods In directly into warehouse racking locations
. - Replenishing and supplying production lines with raw materials.
- Transporting finished goods from production to storage areas.
- Conducting daily FLT safety and equipment checks.
- Assisting with stock control and inventory movements.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Supporting production and warehouse teams to meet daily targets.
- Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT Licence
. - Minimum of 2 years' FLT Counterbalance experience within a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
- Proven experience moving palletised stock and working within racking systems.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and health & safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively within a small, fast-paced, lean operation.
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious approach.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- £13.50 per hour.
- 2 weeks training (8am - 4.30pm)
- Weekly rotating shifts (6:00am-2:30pm / 2:00pm-10:30pm).
