Care Manager (RGN)

48600 per annum 36 Hours Per Week RGN Required

Were looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead a well-established Good CQC-rated nursing home providing high-quality nursing care for a small number of older adults. Purpose-built and thoughtfully designed around the needs of its residents the home offers a welcoming and supportive environment where person-centred care is at the heart of everything.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager Care Manager or senior nursing professional looking to join a service where they can have a genuine impact on quality culture and resident outcomes.

What Were Looking For

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
• Previous experience within a nursing home setting
• Experience as a Registered Manager or Care Manager we are also happy to consider Deputy Nurse Managers who are looking to progress
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience leading developing and motivating care teams
• Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills
• Strong knowledge of care planning medication management and safeguarding practices
• Commitment to delivering exceptional person-centred care

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the nursing home ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained
• Lead support and develop the care team promoting a positive and professional working culture
• Conduct assessments and ensure personalised care plans accurately reflect residents needs
• Oversee medication management and ensure safe administration practices are followed
• Monitor care quality compliance and resident outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with CQC and regulatory requirements
• Support recruitment induction supervision and ongoing development of staff
• Build positive relationships with residents families healthcare professionals and external agencies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the service
