You’ll take ownership of AS9100 and ISO
9001 systems used in aerospace and defence, where precision and trust aren’t optional. Reporting directly to the MD, your decisions will influence every level of the business, giving you real sway over performance, compliance and culture.

What you’ll do

Drive the full scope of the Quality Management System, ensuring it meets and exceeds AS9100 and ISO
9001 standards. You’ll own the strategy, from defining KPIs to embedding a right-first-time mindset across the business.

Non-conformance? You’ll lead root cause analysis and turn insights into lasting fixes. Your work with customers, suppliers and internal teams will reduce risk and build trust where it counts.

Quality isn’t just a function here – it’s a business priority. You’ll be the expert voice that shapes how the company delivers precision, performance and promise.

What you’ll need

• Strong experience developing and maintaining Quality Management Systems to AS9100 and ISO
  9001
• Lead Auditor certification and hands-on background in manufacturing or engineering
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and driving continuous improvement
