We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Operative to join a well-established company based in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in chemistry and quality assurance processes.

• Conduct regular quality control and chemical/physical analysis of bulk products prior to production runs
• Ensure accuracy with weights and measures, carrying out on-line checks (single point)
• Perform quality inspections on incoming packaging materials and components prior to release
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve any quality-related issues
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all checks meet required standards

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic understanding of chemistry
• Punctual, reliable, and well-organised
• Enthusiastic with a proactive attitude
• Computer literate with the ability to input and manage data
• Previous experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
