We are currently recruiting for multiple Bakery Team Members across a range of roles and positions within a fast‑paced, 24/7 food manufacturing operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a multi‑skilled team responsible for producing high‑quality products ready for distribution.

• Always prioritise health and safety, ensuring your own safety and that of others.
• Work collaboratively within a team and lead by example in day‑to‑day activities.
• Comply with all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety standards.
• Operate a range of bakery machinery and equipment across the site.
• Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping.
• Carry out visual inspections and identify potential risks, taking appropriate action.
• Ensure all products meet required quality standards.
• Follow all site processes and procedures for safe and efficient operations.

• Previous experience within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible shift pattern (days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays).
• Good level of numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
• Strong focus on health & safety and quality standards.
• Ability to adapt and work across different departments.
• Positive attitude with a team‑oriented approach.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Basic IT and computer knowledge.
