Up to £24,000 DOE. We’re recruiting for a Junior Commis Chef to join a highly regarded fine dining restaurant in the Bolton area.

This is a serious kitchen with high standards, a strong food offering and clear ambitions for awards and future growth.

This role is all about attitude.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to learn, improve and build a career in fine dining.

You’ll be working within a driven, hard‑working kitchen team where standards matter.
