Our store teams are customer‑first people with a passion for outstanding service, creating amazing experiences and lasting memories for our customers. Team members develop outstanding product knowledge and jewellery expertise that they can share with customers.

As a committed and dedicated member of the team, you’ll play a key role in helping the store maintain performance and meet sales targets. When new products are introduced, you will build your knowledge to address every customer enquiry.

As the face of H. Samuel, you should reflect our brand, culture, and customers. Our team celebrates unique personalities and encourages fashion‑conscious, business‑casual dress, encouraging personal style including tattoos and piercings.

You should have a passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable customer experiences. Jewelry experience is not required, but an interest in jewelry products and brands is welcomed. A positive, can‑do attitude and the natural ability to strike up conversation with a diverse range of customers are essential.
