• Serve customers with a smile, sharing Star Buys, and ensuring they leave satisfied.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels, contributing to store targets.
• Participate in a rapid‑paced, hands‑on environment that offers continuous learning.
• Complete in‑store training over 12 months, culminating in a role‑performance review.

• Grade 4 or C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• No current education commitments and availability for full‑time shifts.
• No prior Retail Apprenticeship completed.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• New to retail.
