The Role:

Store Manager As Store Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the performance and day to day operation of the store. This is a hands on leadership role where you'll inspire your team, drive commercial success, and maintain the highest standards across every area of the business.

Leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs Driving commercial performance and identifying opportunities to grow sales Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards in line with brand expectations Recruiting, coaching, and developing future retail leaders Managing stock control, compliance, audits, and health and safety Creating a positive, high performing store culture where colleagues can thrive About You We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as a Store Manager, or is a strong Assistant Manager ready to take the next step Has a background in fashion, lifestyle, footwear, or big box retail Can coach, develop, and motivate high performing teams Understands retail KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT Is organised, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience Ready for your next challenge?
