Entain Group is recruiting for a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead customer service standards in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will join the Shop team serving customers and building relationships to encourage repeat business.
Salary is £13.00 per hour with a rota of roughly 20 hours per week, including varied shifts across open and close times. The role emphasizes excellent service, target attainment and shop presentation.
