Car Sales Executive

The Role :

As a Car Sales Executive, you'll be at the heart of the dealership experience. You'll engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the entire car-buying journey - from initial enquiry to handing over the keys. Your role is all about building relationships, creating excitement, and delivering a five-star experience that reflects our client's phenomenal reputation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers in person and online, offering expert product knowledge
• Deliver an outstanding buying experience that encourages repeat and referral business
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Stay up to date with the latest models, features, and promotions

About You :

• Previous car sales experience is essential, ideally 2 years minimum
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a customer-first approach
• Self-motivated, resilient, and hungry to succeed
• Full UK driving licence essential
