Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring a collaborative and commercially aligned approach.
- Drive margin growth and expand the sales portfolio while achieving set targets.
- Utilise CRM and BI systems effectively to deliver results.
- Combine your natural flair for sales with a customer-first approach in everything you do.
To succeed as a Residential Business Development Manager, you'll need to be tenacious, driven, and proactive—someone who can spot opportunities where others don't. This role covers Northern England and the Midlands area, so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.
