Package & Benefits

• Salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum.

• Realistic on-target earnings of £45,000+ with uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact pre-qualified customers to provide advice on mortgage and lending solutions.

• Complete detailed fact-finds, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable products in line with regulatory requirements.

• Manage applications from enquiry through to completion while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Consistently achieve sales targets and maintain full compliance throughout the advice process.

About You

• Fully CeMAP qualified.

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets - making outbound calls.

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor, First Charge Advisor or Second Charge Advisor would be advantageous.
