Duties of a Car Sales Manager:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise dealership profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
Collaborate with the progressor to ensure seamless customer handovers and follow-ups
Keep abreast of current market trends and stock levels to inform sales planning
Ensure compliance with dealership standards and procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Car Sales Manager or as an ambitious Sales Controller ready for the next step
Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
Ability to motivate and develop a small sales team effectively
Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales and profit objectives
Sound knowledge of the motor trade market
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
