- Appointment Setters to join their Bolton office.

If you're confident on the phone, enjoy speaking with people and are looking to build a long-term career with an established and growing business, we'd love to hear from you. Previous experience is welcomed but isn't essential, as full training and ongoing support are provided.

As a Call Centre Agent
- Appointment Setter, you'll be speaking with business decision-makers, introducing our services and booking qualified appointments for their Business Development Consultants.

You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team where your hard work is recognised, your success is rewarded and there are genuine opportunities to progress.

• Making outbound calls to business decision-makers.
• Introducing Newton Fox Business Development Specialists and their services.
• Booking high-quality appointments for their Business Development Consultants.
• Building rapport and identifying business opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate customer records using their CRM system.
• Working towards achievable daily and weekly targets.
• Delivering a professional and positive customer experience on every call.

• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• A confident, friendly and professional attitude.
• Positive, motivated and reliable.
• Target-driven with a willingness to learn.
• Previous call centre, telesales, appointment setting or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
• A team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment.

• £25,000 basic salary.
• Performance bonus scheme - earn up to an additional £3,000 per year through a simple and achievable incentive programme.
