Sales Supervisor

We are a growing wholesale and e-commerce business supplying kitchenware, homeware, household products, and packaging materials across the UK. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead daily sales operations, support business growth, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the daily activities of the sales team.

Monitor sales performance and help achieve company sales targets.

Train, coach, and motivate team members.

Maintain high standards of customer service.

Manage stock availability and coordinate with suppliers.

Process customer orders and resolve customer enquiries.

Prepare sales reports and recommend improvements.

Support the development of online and wholesale sales.

Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Assist management with business development and sales planning.
